Joey Logano wins NASCAR Cup Series Championship in Phoenix

Joey Logano is now at three-time NASCAR Cup Series champion.
Logano had to hold off Team Penske teammate Ryan Blaney in the final laps to win the race. Logano won the first stage on Sunday and led 107 laps to win the race. Blaney chased down Christopher Bell and made a pass with seven laps left in the second stage to win it.
Logano beat Blaney, William Byron and Tyler Reddick for the championship.

Greg Maffei will step down as president and CEO of Liberty Media, the owner of F1, at the end of 2024 after nearly two decades in the role. Maffei, who played a key role in Liberty’s acquisition of F1 in 2017, will remain as a senior advisor starting in 2025. Liberty Media's chairman, John Malone, praised Maffei’s leadership and contributions, citing his role in expanding Liberty’s portfolio and shareholder value.

Lucas Oil Products has moved its headquarters to a 70,000-square-foot facility in Indianapolis, Indiana, to centralize operations, enhance innovation, and bolster its automotive performance products business. The state-of-the-art facility features premium employee amenities, a museum space, a production studio, and will also house MAVTV's operations. The expansion in Indiana has added 110 employees across the Indianapolis headquarters, Corydon plant, and MAVTV.
